Ingredients

  • 1 Cup - Flour
  • 2 Tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp - Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp - Salt
  • 1 Cup - Non Dairy Milk
  • 1 Tbsp - Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp - Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
  2. In a cup, mix together non dairy milk, apple cider vinegar and vanilla
  3. Pour the liquids into the dry mix and whisk until smooth
  4. Let batter rest for 5 mins while the pan heats up to medium heat
  5. Pour globs of batter onto the pan and wait until bubbling to flip
  6. Serve with maple syrup or jam
