Ingredients
- 1 Cup - Flour
- 2 Tbsp - Sugar
- 1 Tbsp - Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp - Salt
- 1 Cup - Non Dairy Milk
- 1 Tbsp - Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tsp - Vanilla Extract
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
- In a cup, mix together non dairy milk, apple cider vinegar and vanilla
- Pour the liquids into the dry mix and whisk until smooth
- Let batter rest for 5 mins while the pan heats up to medium heat
- Pour globs of batter onto the pan and wait until bubbling to flip
- Serve with maple syrup or jam
