Udon Noodles

Ingredients
Stir Fry
- 1 Tbsp - Vegetable Oil
- 1 - Small Onion
- 2 - Carrots
- 1 Pack - Udon Noodles
Sauce
- 1/4 Cup - Soy Sauce
- 2 Tsp - Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tsp - Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp - Brown Sugar
- 2 Cloves - Garlic
- 1 Tbsp - Minced Ginger
Garnish
- Sesame Seeds
- Fresh Cilantro or Parsley
Directions
- Peel and slice carrots into thin strands with a potatoe peeler
- Prepare sauce by combining all ingredients into a bowl
- In frying pan, cook carrots and onion until soft
- Add udon noodles to the pan and cook ~30 seconds
- Add sauce to the pan and cook for another ~30 seconds
- Place on plate and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro
