Makes 2 Balls, good for 2 medium pizzas

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 Cup - Warm Water
  • 2 1/4 Tsp - Quick Rise Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp - Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp - Olive Oil
  • 3/4 Tsp - Salt
  • 440g (3 1/3 Cups) - Flour (Preferably unbleached)

Directions

  1. Whisk water and yeast in a bowl
  2. Add rest of ingredients to bowl and mix
  3. Knead dough for 5-8 minutes until window pane is achieved
  4. Let rise for 90 minutes
  5. Punch dough down, cut into 2 balls
  6. Make pizza or freeze dough

  • - 2 cups flour
  • - 1 cup sugar
  • - 1 cup cocoa powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes.
