DIY Beyond Burger

Ingredients
Makes 3 patties
- 3/4 Cups - Cooked Brown Rice
- 1 Cup - TVP
- 1 Cup - Vegetable Broth
- 1/8 Cup - Potato Starch Powder
- 1 Tbsp - Coconut Oil (Not melted)
- 1 Tsp - Sunflower Oil
- 1 Tsp - Salt
- 1 Tbsp - Finely Grated Beats
- 1/2 Tsp - Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp - Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp - Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp - Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 Tsp - HP Sauce
- Pinch - Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
- Cook Brown Rice
- Boil vegetable broth and pour into bowl holding TVP. Let soak for a few minutes, until absorbed, fluff with fork
- Add all ingredients into a food processor, pulse until burger consistency achieved
- Form into patties and cook
- Optionally add vegan cheese, tomatoes and anything else on your burger.
